Research-based, pattern-breaking static ads for e-com brands running Meta. A fixed batch every month, a live dashboard, and learnings you can actually use.

The problem

Most brands barely test statics.

Video gets the budget and the attention. Statics get made last, a few at a time, and they tend to look alike: a packshot, an offer, a logo in the corner. Those can work. But ten of them test one idea ten times.

Native end: mine
The approach

Think barbell.

The polished end is yours: photography, video, brand films, made by you or whoever you hire. I make the other end: statics that look like they belong in the feed. Notes, screenshots, iPhone photos, handwritten callouts. Both ends work, and a good packshot still earns its place.

How it works

Four steps. Then it repeats every month.

Kickoff

A 30-minute call about guardrails, not taste: claims you can't make, logo rules, topics to avoid. You tell me what your customers say.

Research

I dig through whatever your buyers leave behind: ad comments, DMs, support questions, reviews, forums, and the competitor ads that run longest. That becomes a list of angles that move your buyers.

Two sources, one truth.

Meta tends to count more sales than really happened. Shopify UTMs tend to count fewer. I show both and rank every static on both. One that wins on both is a real winner.

Hit rate, in the open.

Every month I track the hit rate: of the statics that got enough spend to judge, the share that beat your account's average cost per purchase on both Meta and Shopify. In your dashboard, misses included.

Proof

Tested on my own brand first.

I'm Joey. I co-founded Swubie, a stain-removal wipes brand, and the system behind Stilo runs there every week. Some of its statics beat our videos on cost per purchase.

Most statics don't win. That's normal.

The job is to find the few that do, faster, and learn from the rest. That's why month one is a learning month. Swubie's own tracker, in the open:

Is this for you?

It is if

  • You have a product that already sells.
  • You run Meta ads with steady spend, around €10k+ a month.
  • You're open to testing ads that don't look like your brand book.
  • You can launch new statics within a week and give feedback within 3 days.

It isn't if

  • You're still looking for product-market fit.
  • Every ad has to be 100% on brand.
  • You want someone to run your ads or own your ROAS.
  • You need weeks of approval rounds per creative.
FAQ

Questions I get.

Do you run our ads?

No. You or your media buyer launch them. I deliver the statics, the dashboard and the learnings.

Will the statics look on brand?

Some will. Many won't, on purpose. You set the guardrails at kickoff, and within them I test.

What if nothing wins in month one?

It happens. Month one is a learning month. If it doesn't click, you cancel. No hard feelings, no contract.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Monthly, cancel anytime. I recommend 2 to 3 months.

How do you track performance?

My naming convention and UTM template, read-only access to your Meta ads, and your Shopify UTM data. Both sources, side by side.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to speed up research and production. Every angle and every static is chosen and checked by me.

Which languages?

English and Dutch.

Do you do creator videos?

Not yet. It's coming as an add-on. Ask me about it.

Want statics that don't look like ads?

Send me a DM with “STILO”. I'll look at your current ads and tell you honestly if this is a fit.
